In order to avoid of abuse in the market of governments tender, to creation of competitive environment and to avoid corruption, the Government has introduced lawgiving mechanisms of regulation of state tendering process. Over the past five years, legislation and, accordingly, the rules in government tenders have changed several times. The existing law of government tenders contains a provision on equal participation in procurement process, both domestic and foreign manufacturers, creating a competitive environment and providing efficient use of national funds.
