We are an independent CRO operating out of the United States that conducts preclinical drug trials in top-notch, GLP-certified research laboratories in Eastern Europe. Our research facilities are supported by the Ukrainian National Academy of Medical Sciences and Ministry of Health and provide support for for-profit development of new medicine discoveries as part of their core purpose. The CRO was created to bring the top-notch, low-cost services of these laboratories to new bio-technology companies in the U.S. and Europe, thereby providing them with a smart option for promoting development programs rapidly and at much lower cost than other commercial Contract Research Organizations. We offer a broad range of preclinical toxicology including medicine safety, chronic and acute toxicity, pharma screening, bioavailability, bioequivalence, and full in vivo and in vitro screening for anticancer activity.
Our pre-clinical Contract Research Organization is able to price pre-clinical trials far below other CROs since we maintain a very low overhead in the USA and conduct all research in Ukraine where personnel and facility costs are much lower. Our staff in the United States consists only of the company principals who work directly with clients; we don’t have any promotion costs other than our web site, and no head offices, administrative staff or other overhead to increase prices. We have much lower study conduct prices in Ukraine due to much lower labor rates and are able to offer our best pricing for longer and more complex preclinical tests where labor is the most significant portion of the overall cost. Since we use the same stable international suppliers for lab animals, reagents and laboratory materials as other Contract Research Organizations, we don’t have any cost advantage on these materials and thus less overall cost savings for very short-term preclinical trials. But, regardless of your study protocol and duration, our goal is to provide our clients the best possible value for their money.
